STEPS TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE:

Step 1: Select the item you are interested in to view product information, pricing, etc.

Step 2: When you want to purchase an item, simply click the "Buy Now" button, and the system will add the selected product to your cart. You can choose "Continue Shopping" to return to the product list to add more items or adjust the quantity of the selected product.

Step 3: Once you have selected the desired items, click the "Checkout" button. Fill in the required information for us to contact you, and please type accurately with diacritics. (Required information includes: Full Name, phone number, and delivery address).

Step 4: Click the "Place Order" button to submit your order. Once we receive your information, we will contact you directly via phone or email to confirm your order. Please keep in touch, as a Family Garden representative will confirm your order within 24 hours.

Note: Please ensure to pay 100% of the order value and shipping fees (if applicable) when selecting bank transfer as the payment method, as Family Garden will only proceed with delivery after receiving payment.

 

PURCHASE AT THE SHOWROOM:

  • For customers purchasing at the showroom, please pay 100% of the order value (this applies for same-day pickup).

  • For customers picking up their orders later, please make a minimum deposit of 50% of the order value.

  • For customers requesting delivery to cities outside the free delivery area, please pay 100% of the order value and shipping fees (if applicable).

  • For customers who place a deposit to hold available items, Family Garden will hold the items for you for 30 days. After 30 days, you must pay the remaining balance; otherwise, Family Garden will reclaim the items and sell them to other interested customers. The deposit will be forfeited as it will be considered a storage fee.

  • For customers who have paid 100% of the order value but do not wish to pick up their items for any reason, Family Garden will store the items for you for 60 days. If after 60 days you still do not collect your items, Family Garden reserves the right to sell your goods to other interested customers. Customers who have made full payment will have to wait for the next shipment if the stock runs out or may transfer to another order with a value equal to or higher than the previous order, or they will lose the total amount paid if they do not collect the items after 60 days of storage.
