Shipping and Delivery Policy for All Family Garden Purchases

I. SHIPPING & DELIVERY METHODS
To provide customers with the most suitable options when shopping at Family Garden – a supplier of eco-friendly agricultural materials, we offer three delivery options:

1. In-Store Pickup:
   Customers can purchase agricultural supplies directly from the main Family Garden store located at 20 Nguyen Ngoc Nhut, Tan Quy Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City.

2. Direct Delivery by Family Garden:
   Family Garden offers direct delivery to customers within Ho Chi Minh City’s urban areas.

3. Delivery via Third-Party Services:
   For nationwide orders, Family Garden will ship to the address provided at checkout using designated third-party delivery services.
   Depending on our policies at the time of purchase, the product type, and delivery location, shipping methods and fees may vary.

II. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Typically, we process orders within 24 hours and notify customers regarding payment and delivery. Once confirmed, it may take an additional 24 hours to hand the order over to our shipping partner.

• For orders within Ho Chi Minh City: Delivery usually takes 1-2 days. For express delivery requests, Family Garden will coordinate with the assigned delivery provider and inform customers of any additional shipping fees.
• For orders in other regions or provinces: Delivery usually takes 3-5 days.
  In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:
  • Failed contact with the customer via phone.
  • Inaccurate or hard-to-find delivery address.
  • High order volumes.
  • Delays from our suppliers or shipping providers.

III. GENERAL DELIVERY REGULATIONS
In case of delays, Family Garden will inform customers promptly, and customers may cancel the order if necessary.

• Family Garden takes responsibility for any damage incurred during transit.
• For bulk orders with unique delivery requirements, our Customer Service Team will contact customers for address confirmation and provide a delivery cost estimate, which will depend on distance and carrier.
• Customers are kindly asked to provide complete and accurate information to facilitate smooth transactions.
• For unclear delivery addresses, our Customer Service Team will reach out to assist.
• Orders will be delivered directly to the customer's address, except in restricted areas such as offices with limited access or high-rise buildings, where delivery is to the building entrance only.
• Each order’s delivery fees will be clearly shown on the checkout page.
